- YFS received the One

Completed a Capital
Campaign to build a
new youth shelter
and counseling
center. (see Dreams
for Our Future)

YFS became certified
with the Department
of Mental Health and
Substance Abuse
Services to provide
Out-patient Drug and
Alcohol Treatment.

YFS received a
contract to provide
Treatment for the
Garfield County
Juvenile Drug
Courts.

Parenting Education and Anger Management services
have increased.

The Family Solutions
program continues to
grow.

Marie
Gundlach and Dr.
Pitts collaborated
to provide skills
classes, such as
anger management,
to children
attending summer
camp at Zoe Bible
Church.

Youth & Family doubled the amount of out-patient counseling services provided.

Served
1,500 FAMILIES, provided approximately
20,000 HOURS of counseling services, and provided over 5,000 DAYS of basic shelter and daily care to abused and neglected and abandoned youth that is almost 14 kids we supervised, cared for, talked to, laughed and cried with every day this past year!!
